Delicious smoothie this morning! This is Day #4 that I'm back on that raw thing. As time goes on, I can share what compromises I make and what my food intake is throughout the day! I certainly feel more incredible already and I'm getting stripped of former problems I had with both eating and the effects of food.
Today's morning smoothie:
~banana
~wild blueberries
~raw peanuts
~Amazing Meal organic, raw, vegan hemp protein powder mix
~1/2 water, 1/2 light vanilla soymilk
I got my day started well =)
